July 19th and 20th! $1000 is up for grabs!
Summer is definitely here and Northern California is expected to have a couple days over 100 degrees this week. This means the water temps are rising and Memorial Day will be a blast. Here’s a recap of what’s gone down and what’s going to go down in the near future.
Recent Happenings
-Joe got his new boat for the summer, a Master Craft X-45. He told me his first fill up was close to $250 as the tank was bone dry and it holds close to 90 gallons. Don’t get down on gas prices, just make sure everyone pitches in and it’ll all be good.
-Spring Ride went down and thanks to you Hyperlite had a strong presence at an event that historically has been ruled by CWB. Shaun Murray made a guest appearance which definitely made an impact, he stayed in the booth for most of the event and his focus was promoting Hyperlite. Shaun even took it upon himself to go up and down the dock and apply Hyperlite stickers to people’s boats, Sick!
Competition Results
-This past weekend the DRA held its 1st event of the season and Team Hyperlite was in full effect. Congrats to Open Division Riders; Brady Sammons (2nd) & Chris Dykmans (5th), Advanced Division Rider Colin Wirth (1st) and Intermediate Division Rider Natalie Conner (1st).
Brady Sammons was asked about the event and he said it was a great time and that Hyperlite was in full force. Brady had only ridden twice this season after coming off a long and drawn out ankle injury. He wasn’t expecting much from himself but ended up without a crash and was able to pull off some of his bigger moves. Great to have you back on the water Brady.
